Guillermo graduated from Northeastern Illinois University and became the WRPASP Director in 2002.  Previously, he spent 5 years in the San Jose Unified and Frankiln Mckinley School Districts as an artist-in-residence.  He has taken part in the the Evanston Ethnic Arts Festival designing and fascilitating family art projects from various regions of Mexico.  Guillermo also worked as a Spanish Interpreter volunteer for the Chicago Children's Memorial Hospital for six years.  As Director of the WRPASP, his goal is to introduce children to new experiences through art, music, sports and social activities.

Justa R. Espinoza is persuing her degree in early childhood education at Northeastern Illinois University.  For the past four years she has dedicated herself to making a difference and helping the children in the program.  Cooking is one of her passions, and over a year ago, Justa created a fun, healthy, and nutricious cooking class.

Hilary Ubando has been with WRPASP for over a year.  She graduated from Loyola University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics with a concentration in pre-law.  After a brief period working in the law field, she realized that teaching was her true passion.  She is currently enrolled at DePaul University's Graduate School of Education obtaining her M.Ed. in Secondary Education concentrating in Social Sciences.  Hilary enjoys creating digital lessons and games for the children in the program and playing fun and creative games that help them review their math, science, english, spelling, and grammar.  She is excited to start her career as an educator and is so proud of all the students in the program!

Nancy Gloger became member of the WRPASP staff team in 2007.   Since then, she has been the lead teacher for the early drop-off program.  Nancy also has been working at Daniel Boone School as a reading tutor for five years.  She has a B.A. in Classics from the University of Minnesota, and an M.A. in Folklore from the University of Leeds, England.
